Who is Leadsplug for?

How long until we see results?
For lead generation: setup takes 2 to 3 weeks, and the first meetings usually land by week 4 to 6. By month 2 the system runs at full speed. For automation, the timeline depends on the build. You get a fixed price and a fixed timeline before anything starts. See a real example →
What's included in the setup phase?
For lead generation: everything needed to start booking meetings. Separate email accounts for outreach, research on your ideal buyers, and personal messages ready to send. For automation, the setup is the build itself, with the scope and price agreed before we start.
Do you replace our sales team?
No. We find and contact potential buyers, then deliver meetings straight to your calendar. Your sales team focuses on what they do best: meeting buyers and closing deals.

How much does it cost?
Lead generation starts at €2,500 per month, with a 3-month minimum. The first month is €3,000 and includes the complete setup. Automation is priced per build, starting from €500. Before you commit, you get a free written plan and a fixed price. Full pricing →
Is there a minimum commitment?
Lead generation has a 3-month minimum, because it takes a few weeks to set up and get the messaging right. After that it runs month to month with one month's notice. Automation builds are one-off projects, and maintenance is a monthly service you can stop with one month's notice. If you ever want to run a system yourself, we hand it over fully documented. No lock-in.

What tools do you use?
Proven tools for finding companies, writing personal messages, and sending emails the right way so they land in inboxes, not spam folders. They connect to the system where you track your customers. All of it is set up and managed for you, so there's nothing to learn.
Could this hurt our normal company email?
No. Outreach for lead generation runs from separate email addresses set up just for this. Your own domain and your team's email stay completely untouched.
How do you handle GDPR compliance?
Carefully. We only collect the data we actually need. When a project touches your customers' personal details, we sign a contract that legally binds us to protect that data (called a Data Processing Agreement). Is cold email legal in the EU?
Yes, when it's done right. EU law allows B2B email to people who might genuinely benefit from what you sell. Every message includes an easy way to opt out, and anyone who says no is never contacted again. Czech and Slovak rules differ, so campaigns run separately for each country. Read our GDPR guide →
